The Customer has the right, if he is not satisfied with his purchase, to return the purchased items according to the methods described below by type of return:

CAUSED AS A RESULT OF TOTAL OR PARTIAL DAMAGE
In the event that the Customer, upon checking the delivered items, finds manufacturing defects, damage or an error in sending the item compared to what was ordered, he has the right within 10 days to request a free return of the non-compliant goods. by sending an email communication with a return request to shop@r3belonline.com indicating in the communication the reference to the order number, code and description of the item to be returned and detailed reason. In the event of damage or manufacturing defects, the sending of accompanying photographic documentation is required to identify the non-conformity. Notification will follow to the customer with communication of the Return Authorization Number and waybill for collection of the goods at the customer's address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of the Legislative Decree. n. 21 February 2014, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that:
  • is no longer interested in the product and communicates cancellation of the order by fax or e-mail to the address shop@r3belonline.com before having received confirmation of the availability of the products and before their shipment;
  • for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
Withdrawal method:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send a registered letter with return receipt (also anticipated by fax) to Loc. Monsigliolo, 1125, 52044 Cortona (AR), or communication via e-mail to email address info@r3belonline.com
This communication must contain all the data necessary to identify the order and the buyer, the indication of the product/products for which it is intended to exercise the right of withdrawal, a copy of the sales document accompanying the goods received (for products already delivered).
All product return costs are borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver the same to the seller's domicile; all items must arrive in the same conditions as they were received, equipped with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; Returning the goods using any other method is not permitted. The firm R3BEL Srl, owner of the site, will carry out the necessary checks on the returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; in this case it will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products. In case of withdrawal after delivery of the goods, the transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any redelivery to the company reference manufacturer, are not refundable.

The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the event that:

  • these are goods made to measure or subject to modifications and customizations carried out at the express request of the buyer during the order phase;
  • these are sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the consumer;
  • these are goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and sent back due to the high risk of deterioration and/or rapid alteration. This condition is also to be applied in the event of receipt of products found to be altered and/or damaged due to longer transit times of the goods due to the absence of the recipient at the delivery address. R3BEL Srl undertakes to ship this type of product with 24/48 hour transit to the address indicated for delivery.
  • these are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery;
Form for exercising the right of withdrawal – attachment B to the Legislative Decree. pursuant to art.49, paragraph 1, letter. h):

(*) Delete the unnecessary wording.

RETURN SHIPPING
Returns due to damage/manufacturing defect/non-compliance with the order are totally free.
Returns following exercise of the right of withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer, if he deems it appropriate, has the right to ask R3BEL Srl the use of its paid logistics service.
In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged or used as the sole packaging for shipping. In the case of returns of clothing items, it is a fundamental condition that the items have not been worn, washed or in any case do not show any signs of use. Underwear, swimsuits, etc. must be tried on in your own personal underwear; in the event that the removal of the hygienic protection or other signs of use not conforming to what is indicated is found, the return will be refused and the goods returned to the Customer with shipping costs at your expense. All items must be returned complete with the original label and accessories (coat covers, coat hangers, dustbags) received with the order.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned return instructions will result in non-acceptance of the same.

ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN
All returns will be sent directly from the Customer's address to the manufacturing company's warehouse by triangulation with express courier. The conditions of the goods will then be checked. Once the return has been accepted, the Customer can choose to:
  • Receive the product compliant with the order (in case of return due to damage/manufacturing defect/wrong item)
  • Benefit from a coupon code for the value of the returned goods.
  • Request a refund of the order for the value of the goods.

COUPON CODE
The coupon code will be issued for a value equal to the returned goods and can be used only once within 60 days of issue. The coupon discount cannot be combined with other coupons and must be used for a single order for an amount equal to or greater than the value of the coupon itself.

REIMBURSEMENT
In the event that the Customer opts for a refund of the order, R3BEL Srl will carry out the same in the following ways:
  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction will be immediately canceled by sending a communication relating to the Customer accompanied by a report of the cancellation. The Customer will be able to verify the crediting of the amount within approximately 10 days, the waiting period varies based on the banking circuit to which the credit card is linked.
  • For orders paid via Paypal, an immediate refund will be made to the Customer's Paypal account.
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer will provide a R3BEL Srl your bank support in order to proceed with the refund.
  • For payments received electronically (credit card/paypal), in addition to the methods mentioned above, the Customer can also request a refund by bank transfer, by sending written communication to R3BEL Srl with complete indication of the data necessary to carry out the reimbursement.
In all cases of returns R3BEL Srl has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been correctly delivered to the departure warehouse or, according to agreements, until proof of shipment of the return to be provided by the Customer.
